Traditional Chinese Placenta Encapsulation - The traditional Chinese method of preparation is the most widely used.  This method includes steaming the placenta with herbs and dehydrating it before encapsulation.

Raw Placenta Encapsulation - Raw placenta encapsulation is thought to better keep all the enzymes and nutrition that would be lost in the steaming process of the traditional method.  The raw method includes pureeing the placenta and dehydrating it gently before encapsulation.
