The placenta encapsulation is a 2 day process that involves cooking and/or dehydrating your placenta and putting it in pill and/or tincture form. On day 1 I will rinse and drain the placenta and begin the dehydration. On day 2, once the placenta is dehydrated, I will put it into pill form. It is best to do the encapsulation within 1 - 2 days of the birth to ensure the highest quality. However if you prefer to wait longer you can freeze your placenta (double bag it!) to encapsulate it at a later date.
